Concept Development Solutions, an affiliate of Twin Towers Trading Site Management, is a unique Restaurant Site Management company that represents major branded food franchises in Walmart locations throughout the United States.
CDS currently represents franchises such as Subway, Charleys Philly Steaks, Domino’s, A&W, Checkers/Rally’s, Auntie Anne’s, Earl of Sandwich, and Virtual Dining Concepts.
How can CDS help QSR Food Service franchises?
CDS has entered into a Master Agreement with Walmart, and has retained primary leasehold interests in spaces within their stores. We have already retained sublease agreements for countless major branded food franchises in Walmart locations throughout the United States, incorporating significant savings to the franchisees.
What franchisee services are provided?
We work with the client on every aspect of the operation, from determining location(s) to planning, permit acquisition and construction. We have access to top contractors and architects with combined experience building food franchises and conforming to Walmart building codes and standards. Additionally, clients have access to our in-house print items and digital menu services with experienced restaurant graphic designers on staff. Post-construction, expert marketing teams strategically placed throughout the country will provide ongoing monitoring, analysis and strategies utilizing state-of-the art software, as well as face-to-face brainstorming. Want a Multi-Concept or Food Court? CDS holds master concessions with many of our brands; clients enjoy discount franchise fees and royalties. The franchisee can create food courts tailored to their needs, adding additional profits per location.
